We are looking for a talented Field Service Technician to join our team specializing in Service for our Distribution Business Segment in Cape Town, South Africa.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Educating the client on how to use and maintain their equipment.
- Perform maintenance and customer support.
- Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them.
- Build and maintain relations with customers.
- Having the ability to effectively manage time.
- Working independently without supervision.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Certified power-generation/electrical technician.
- Intermediate level knowledge and experience of power generation products.
- High or low voltage experience.
- Valid driving permit and basic level of field service work experience.
