Field Service Engineer
Job Description
As a Field Service Engineer, you will manage Customer relationship through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, service, and maintain customer sites.
Your Role:
- Assisting service repair, preventative maintenance, field change orders / installations.
- Identifying and solving customer issues, providing the customer with the appropriate communication, and involving Service and Sales teams as appropriate.
- Operating under required knowledge of regulatory requirements.

You're the right fit if:
- 3-year Degree in Electrical Engineering or SAQA accredited Equivalent
- 1 - 3 years experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of technical complex systems
- Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language.
- Preferable experience in performing Corrective Maintenance and Planned Maintenance on X-ray equipment.
- The candidate must be willing to attend oversees equipment training when required.
- The candidate must be willing to travel on occasional basis for support in other regions.
