We are looking for meticulous File Clerk to do file management and maintenance. You will organize paperwork according to an efficient filing system and digitalized all important documents. You will be expected to protect and update files as well as make them easily accessible to your colleagues. Duties Monitor inventory of files, paper clips etc. and report shortages Deal with all requests to access files and keep logs of borrowed papers Create or update records with new files and information Check incoming paperwork (invoices, correspondence as such) and make copies before distributing Enter paperwork into an electronic system either by data entry or by using optical scanners Sort all papers alphabetically and according to content, dates, significance etc.Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and informationStore all paperwork in designated places securing the important documents Develop an efficient filing system to make updating and retrieving files easier Duties Proven experience as file clerk. Without experience, you will be trained Knowledge of filing systems Excellent command of English both oral and written Very good knowledge of MS Office packages and office equipment such as photocopier, Dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policiesExcellent organizational skillsGreat attention to detail Grade 11- 12, Diploma, degree or equivalent Interested candidate should forward up to date CV to apply
