Requirements
- Completed Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in similar role.
- Basic MS Office Skills.
- Knowledge of Pastel Evolution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate ta/admin matters to business effectively.
- Manage the day-to-day tax administration process.
- Assist CFO with Secretarial matters.
- Accountability for compliance with local statutory requirements and regulations in areas of financial reporting, treasury, and tax.
- Manage the annual Insurance schedules.
- Handle insurance claims processes and claims.
- Compiling BEE reports and schedules.
- Assist with Banking relationship (forms, new accounts, etc).
- Assist in AFS preparation and consolidations. l
- Complete vendor or customer onboarding forms.
- Assist Finance and IT with asset register reconciliations.
- Ad hoc admin or tax duties as required.
