Responsibilities And Duties
- General administrative duties
- Assist in the maintenance of financial records, processing of income and expenditure
- Daily invoicing of clients / divisions
- Capturing of data
- Debtors & Creditors reconciliation
- Resolving all internal and external account queries
- Matric / Grade 12
- Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Relevant degree / diploma (advantageous)
- Experience in the financial team of a funeral administrator or similar position (advantageous)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Deadline driven, good organizing and planning skills
