KIA Motors Hermanus is looking for a finance and insurance manager.
Job requirements:
- Must be NCA accredited and have the respective NCA card
- Must have passed the Representative Regulatory Exams (RE 5)
- Must have a minimum of 140 credits if DOFA after 2009 or 60 Credits if DOFA before 2009
- Minimum 1 year experience as an F & I
- Must be self-motivated, energetic and dynamic
- Must have excellent peoples skills
- Must be able to meticulously asses finance applications and compile motivating arguments
- Reside within reasonable proximity of Hermanus
- Must have the ability to sell VAP’s
- Must project a professional image and must have above average interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to think strategically, plan and manage forecasts and optimally utilise the company’s resources
- The ability to manage the quality assurance of data to mitigate risk to the company
- The ability to analyse, problem solve and propose the necessary effective solutions
