Finance Assistant 11 Investments
11 Investments is a group of specialist recruitment businesses built by entrepreneurs working
collaboratively towards one goal: partnering top talent with a diverse client base. We are formed of 6
discipline-specific brands covering markets including marketing, sales, HR, finance and consulting across the
UK and US. We also have a business Recruiter Labs that helps Recruiters to set up their own businesses
independently to the 11 Group.
We have experienced rapid (but sustainable) growth, both in terms of headcount and revenue, and as a
result, need to grow our in-house finance team with an experienced Finance Assistant.
Responsibilities
Day to day purchase ledger management
Raising Sales invoices and issuing to clients
Maintaining Finance spreadsheets
Assistant with Credit Control chasing and monitoring
Daily Bank reconciliations in Xero
Assist with the Month end finalisation of numbers
Manage the monthly Company Amex bills and post/ match to Xero
Process monthly employee expenses
Create and issue weekly business finance reports
Posting accounting journals to Xero when necessary
General Administration
