This role is based in Johannesburg, South Africa, and directly reports to the Finance Manager Novo Nordisk.
Please note that this position is contract based for 2 years fixed-term.
The position
As a Finance Assistant at Novo Nordisk, you will assist qualifying employees with credit card applications, and follow up with Line of Business (LoB) on outstanding expenses. In addition, you will be responsible for providing unlimited assistance and advice associated with the usage of company credit cards. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that new employees are equipped with all the necessary information on the usage of the company credit card.
Your main accountabilities will be to:
- Provide input for updating the policy on credit card expenses
- Provide training on Concur
- Follow-up with LoBs on outstanding Credit Card expenses and submissions and collating import documents for Foreign Payments
- Collect and report safety information and technical complaints and follow up and make sure credit card expenses are submitted on time
- Drawing Foreign Invoices and supporting documentation and collating the same
As a Finance Assistant at Novo Nordisk, you will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office tools (such as Excel, Word, and Outlook).
