The Project
Responsible for managing our finance function for Mace South Africa.
Drives the delivery of effective financial management, control and advisory support for their business unit and all projects/contracts managed by that business unit. Supports the production of statutory financial reporting, business compliance requirements, financial budgets, forecasts and analysis

- Annual financial audits across West Africa (WA) and South Africa (SA).
- Annual tax filings and compliance in WA and SA.
- Timely and accurate running of payroll.
- Full management of the BEE strategy and implementation for the SA business.
- Producing informative management information with the purpose of collaborating and influencing business decisions.
- Strong management of the working capital for each of the businesses.
- Supervising the annual business planning for SA and WA.
- Working with BU leads to commercially guided decision-making.
- A degree qualification in BCom accounting or BCom financial management.
- Professional accounting qualification e.g., CA (SA) or CIMA.
- Demonstratable experience in Oracle Cloud and Microsoft Office tools.
