The Finance Contract Negotiator will play a crucial role in facilitating agreements critical to the organization's financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
The Finance Contract Negotiator will be responsible for independently drafting, redlining, and negotiating various agreement types using playbooks, templates, in-house tools, and other guidance documents. The candidate should have experience with the following agreement types:
- ISDA Master Agreements and Credit Support Annexes
- GMSLAs
- GMRAs
- GTMAs
- MNAs and CPMAs
- Commodities annexes (e.g., NBP, ZBT, emissions annexes)
- EEI and NAESB
- Structured derivative confirmations
- Give-up agreements
- Execution, repository, and clearing agreements
- Prime brokerage documentation
- Brokerage agreements, including MiFID Terms of Business
- 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience working for client onboarding/derivatives documentation team at an investment bank/asset management company
