About The Role
As a Finance Controller - Global Group Reporting , youll be the engine behind our financial reporting processes. Youll play a key role in integrating and maintaining master data, ensuring the smooth functioning of systems like Sage X3 and Cartesis, and supporting budget, forecast, and reporting activities across the Group.
What Youll Do
- Manage and maintain master data including clients, GL accounts, cost centres, and reporting units.
- Support group-wide financial reporting from monthly management accounts to Exco and quarterly reviews.
- Assist in compiling and uploading annual budgets and monthly forecasts across multiple currencies and platforms.
- Drive automation and process efficiency in financial systems and reporting.
- Troubleshoot queries from stakeholders and deliver high-quality support and insights.
- Champion accuracy and consistency in master data across Sage X3 and other systems.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accounting (NQF Level 6 or 7)
- 4-5 years' experience in finance, with a strong preference for candidates from large, multinational organisations
- Prior exposure to management accounting and reporting systems
- Proficiency in Sage X3, Cartesis, and Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of financial principles, reconciliations, and reporting processes
- Strong analytical, time management, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
