Finance Director

About The Role

This executive-level role will have a critical impact on the company, overseeing all financial and operational aspects, driving strategy and planning, and ensuring compliance with legal, policy, and ethical standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full finance function, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
  • Develop and manage division budgets, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Lead the annual audit process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present financial statements at the Board level, providing clear insights and recommendations.
  • Design and implement financial models to support business expansion and investment opportunities.
  • Maintain control over all financial transactions, ensuring organizational liquidity.
  • Produce monthly management reports and distribute them to key stakeholders.
  • Manage cash flow and oversee cash spend on various projects, ensuring optimal financial management.
  • Lead contract negotiations and develop comprehensive business plans to drive the organization's success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial staff, senior executives, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering their growth and development.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless business continuity.
Desired Experience, Qualifications, And Skills
  • Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) - Mandatory
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting and business principles.
  • Proficient in accounting software and fully computer literate.
  • Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently initiate, structure, and manage financial issues.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and strategic thinking skills to drive financial performance.
  • Exceptional leadership traits with the ability to build skills and knowledge in others.
