Main purpose of the role
The Finance Graduate will be responsible for various support activities in the Finance Shared Service Centre.
The Main Missions Will Be As Follows
- Provide support for statutory and management accounting to AM
- Fixed asset function including Register, AUC, GL and depreciation.
- Intercompany reconciliation process.
- Balance sheet reconciliations - Manual and Subsystem
- Support with statutory tasks; EMP201 submissions, STATS SA Monthly report submissions, BBBEE
Qualifications And Position Requirements
The ideal graduate will have/be:
- Minimum a BCOM degree in Financial Accounting
- An academic record maintaining an overall 70% pass mark.
- Strong analytical and problem solving-skills.
- Strong customer satisfaction orientation.
As An Employee, You Are Also Required To
- Secure internal control with the support of financial controller and finance network
- Abide by the Faurecia Code of Ethics. The code is summarised as below:

External authority
Should you hold a specific Senior Management position, you will receive your power of authority from the Faurecia Board of Directors. A copy of the Directors resolution as well as the matrix reflecting the Proxy holders signature as acceptance of the delegation will be placed in the employee file.
Internal authority
Delegation for Financial Matters needs to be accepted and signed by the employee as well as by the N+1 who would have received the same delegation from their N+1. A copy of the matrix will be placed in the employee file.
Delegation for Banking Release and Banking System Administrator is given by two Senior Managers. A separate matrix is signed by the delegators as well as the proxy holders, and placed on the employee file.
