A Day in the Life

Ready to kickstart your finance career with a global leader in beauty? As a Finance Intern at LOral, youll have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with experienced finance professionals, contributing to key projects and gaining valuable insights into the financial operations of a world-class organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing insights on business performance.
• Management Accounting: Support the development and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize your advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyze large datasets, creating insightful reports and presentations.
• Process Improvement: Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance department.
• Ad hoc Projects: Provide support to the finance team on various projects and initiatives as required.

Who You Are

• You are a highly motivated and driven individual with a passion for finance and a strong desire to learn and grow.
• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets, formulas, and data visualizations.
• You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to work effectively within a team and communicate financial information clearly.
• You are a self-starter who is eager to take initiative and make a tangible contribution to the team.

Qualifications

• BCom degree in Accounting or Finance.
• A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Strong academic record demonstrating excellence in accounting and finance coursework.
• A genuine interest in the beauty industry and LOrals brands is a plus.
