Our client located in Airport Industria, seeks to appoint an experienced Financial Manager to analyse every day financial activities in order to enable the CEO to make sound business decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accounting: Full monthly accounting functions of the group. Including: Reconciliations, Journals, VAT
• Audit : Manage group ‘s audit process and audit queries.
• Reporting: Accurate weekly financial reporting
• Cash Flow: management and forecasting
• Management reports: Monthly reporting and preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Investment Management: Analysis and management of current and potential investments. Identification and presentation of possible new investment opportunities.
• Third party service providers: Communication and negotiation with eg. Banks, Auditors and Attorneys
• AD hoc duties: Divers financial and operational queries and tasks as requested.
REQUIREMENTS:
The right candidate will have:
-A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
-Proven experience as a Financial Manager in a corporate role
-Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as fund accountant are required.
-Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
-A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
-Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
-Professional qualification such as CPA/CA or similar will be considered a plus
