Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
- Management of the sales and purchase ledger in Pastel
- Month-end bank account reconciliations including currency accounts
- Preparing and filing quarterly VAT returns
- Responsible for compiling and sending quarterly management accounts up to trial balance to the external Finance Director
- Preparation of company payroll and associated PAYE and NI payments and returns
- Management of employees' and partners' expenses
- Dealing with ad hoc financial queries and information for the partners
- Preparation of timesheet reports to the partners on a monthly basis
- Educated to degree level and/or hold the equivalent accountancy qualifications.
- A good working knowledge of Pastel, Word, Excel and Acrobat is also essential.
