Main Purpose
The Primary function of this role is to support the Regional Financial Controller with:
- Weekly, monthly and annual reporting requirements for 5 entities across the region
- Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of all entities within the region and ensure that relevant policies, procedures, processes and systems are in place to achieve objectives set
- Implementation of new Group credit policy
- Expansion of Impalas Africa operations including the shared services function
- Assist with anticipated implementation of new Transport Management System
- Qualified Chartered Accountant, 1-3 years post articles experience in group reporting, credit, and budgets
- Strong MS Excel skills essential
- Be willing to travel to operations in Zambia, DRC & Tanzania
- Experience in logistics and/or freight forwarding beneficial
- Process orientated with a good attention to detail with ability to work in fast changing environment;
- Must be able to work under pressure and adhere to aggressive deadlines
- Experience with Navision, FCCS (Oracle), Qlikview beneficial;
