Finance Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead, Instruct & Guide a finance team of 8
Accountable for a portfolio of customers
Accountable for all accounting duties comprising annual submissions, balance sheet reconciliations, etc.
Observe all Service Level Agreements with customer delivery
Ensure data quality established by Finance Colleagues is up to par
Scrutinize and ameliorate new ways of operating and automation(s) with our customer in mind
Manage customer correspondence and build associations (of the portfolio)
Delivering outstanding customer service

Requirements

CA (SA) (or in progress), CGMA (or in progress), or Professional Accountant (SA)
6+ years of total experience
Experience Managing a team of at least 5 people
Experience managing a portfolio of customers
Advanced understanding of Xero
Proven organizational and analytical skills
At ease with using task management software
Experience in implementing alteration and ameliorating financial processes
Incredible attention to detail
Outstanding English skills, both written and verbal
Drive and ambition
