We are seeking a highly capable Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in driving the end-to-end financial operations of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, maintain the general ledger / trial balance and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.
- Recommend enhancements and modifications for the department, covering accounting systems and strengthening internal controls.
- Ensure that financial records are accurate and in compliance with accounting standards.
- Work closely with other departments to provide support on financial matters.
- Managing external audits and providing information and support as required.
- Team management
- Supervise team members to ensure finance department objectives and deadlines are met.
- Manage the performance of team members.
- 4+ years experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
- Deadline driven and goal oriented.
- Proficient in the use of financial management software. Sage X3 advantageous
