We are looking for an individual with strong strategic, analytical and organisational skills to be part of the leadership team in our Finance Department. You will be responsible for the effective administration, reporting, management, and control of the group's rental property portfolio
Assist with overseeing all the finance functions of the three entities in the AVBOB Group under leadership of the Financial Controller, including the first review of monthly financial results. Work as a valued strategic partner to the business.
Oversee the Service Administration and Procurement Departments to provide the required shared services to Head Office staff at the required service level.

- 3 Year Tertiary Qualification: (B Compt Accounting or equivalent).
- Completed Articles to become a Chartered Accountant.
- 8 Years relevant financial experience after completion of Articles to become a Chartered Accountant
