Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Excellent Analytical Skills, Attention To Detail, And Problem-solving Abilities.
Advanced knowledge of financial software, including Sage X3, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, SAICA, ACCA) are beneficial.
Develop financial strategies for organizational sustainability.
Create budgets, forecast outcomes, and analyse variances for informed decision-making.
Oversee budgeting by collaborating with department heads, analysing variances, and ensuring spending limits.
Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management and regulatory authorities.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and manage liquidity for daily operations and investments.
Provide financial guidance to senior management, interpreting data and making strategic recommendations.
Evaluate investments, analyse data, and recommend opportunities for maximum returns.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
Lead finance teams, provide guidance, and facilitate professional development.
