You will be responsible in overseeing the companys financial operations, ensuring the precision of all financial transactions and delivering strategic insights that drive business decisions.

This position requires you to be a holder of a BCom degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a preference for those holding a CIMA qualification. With a minimum of 5-7 years of financial management experience, particularly in the FMCG and logistics sectors.

You will be adept at preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing cash flow, and leading budgeting processes. You will also be responsible for cost control initiatives, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and coordinating external audits.

In addition, you will lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with senior management on long-term financial strategies.

Strong stakeholder management skills and experience with financial systems are essential for maintaining robust financial relationships and optimising operational efficiency.
