Our client in Krugersdorp operating in the manufacturing sector is looking for a qualified Financial Manager with 15 years plus years experience overall. Solid Financial & Team management experience preferable from the manufacturing / construction environment. Experience with yearly financial statements, costings and budgeting.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the construction / fabrication industry
- 10-15 years experience of which 5 years ++ need to be as a Finance Manager, managing a team of finance people
- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures, including GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software like Sage, XERO, Excel and MS Office applications, for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- HR monitoring, budgeting and forecasting perspective for cost control.
- Responsible for the full reporting, secretarial, SARS compliance, review and monitor payroll, cash management, budgeting and audit preparation function for 3 companies.
- Streamline financial processes and procedures and implement budgeting and forecasting processes.
- HR review (dedicated HR Person), monitoring, budgeting and forecasting perspective for cost control.
- Implementing cost-saving measures where possible
- Checking and validating intercompany and related party transactions and accounts.
- Overseeing, authorising, cross checking of entries
- Upkeep of fixed asset register for audit file and insurance purposes.
- Monthly and year end stock take over seeing and validating for monthly management statement and audit file for yearend Financial Statements.
- Compiling of yearend Financial Statements
- Calculating and validating employee salaries on Payroll program and ensuring compliance with Statutory regulation form SARS.
