The main purpose of this position is to provide assistance and guidance for the day-to-day finance operation of purchasing and submitting payment for goods and services.
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma or Certificate in Accounting
- Minimum of 3 years accounting work experience
- Basic Accounting Knowledge (IFRS, VAT and Fixed Assets)
- MS Office Intermediate
- Software proficiency SAP, a minimum of 2 years experience
- Good communications skills (written and oral)
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Monitor all purchase requisition in order to detect irregularities
- Accurate and complete processing and submission Purchase Requisitions and Purchase orders
- Prepare status reports with regards to outstanding GRVs for Financial Manager review
- Processing Credit Card and Petty cash
- Assist the Assistant Accountant with the processing of Debit order accounts payables
- Assist with Head Quarters and Sites financial travel logistics
- Assist the Finance Manager with internal, statutory and project audits
- Report any and all suspected fraudulent or irregular payments or invoices to the Finance Manager or Chief Financial Officer
