Monitor and report on accruals, roll-overs incorporated on budget adjustment and expenditure trends against allocated budget and virements.

Experience in Financial Accounting
Account payables & Expenditure Management (MTEF), Government Legislation, rules and Policies, PFMA, DORA, IYM, SCOA, MTEF, Contract Management and Treasury Regulations monitoring.
Authorizing Payment /Invoices of service providers on SAP and Persal, Journals and Expenditure Control and monitoring.
Monthly budget cash flow reports and projections.
Draw expenditure reports on BAS, and micro soft office (Excel, Word &MS Office).

Experience in Supply Chain Management
Supply Chain Management (SCM), Bid, Tender, Three Quotation system, Evaluation, recommendations and procurements Regulations, PPPFA, BBBEE.
Maintenance Construction Projects and Contract Maintenance Management.
Maintenance project Management
Reporting, Analytical Skills, Decision taking and solving problems.
