We are seeking an experienced Financial Accessibility Manager to develop financial partnerships with local banks and other financial institutions to allow consumers to afford high-end electronic products. Negotiate special rates and products with local financial institutions to increase consumer sales. Initiate and implement affordability campaigns for b2b and b2c RTMs.
Identify and structure propositions, allowing channel partners to leverage and run these regularly and drive product demand. Ensure that the quality of the programs is executed within vendors' standards and guidelines. Benchmark industry best practices and propose new financial initiatives and partnerships that help stimulate sales.
You must have a sharp brain to create, develop, and manage financing programs with bank executives and reseller partners.
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor of commerce qualification or similar (finance, Accounting or Economics)
- Minimum 3 -5 years of financial services industry experience.
- Must come from the financial services division of a company or working for a financial services company.
- An outstanding track record of developing consumer finance propositions in banks and non-banking financial institutions.
- Deep expertise in understanding the commercial value chain of payment schemes across issuing and acquiring businesses.
- A track record of developing and delivering consumer credit propositions like personal loans, durables finance, and auto lending programs.
- Proven ability to drive bank negotiations by leveraging analysis of asset and liability business.
- A proven track record of delivering channel-based consumer finance programs on a multi-territory basis, including emerging markets.
- Experience developing credit scorecards and modelling, enabling optimal asset book building.
- A broad experience in a channel-driven sales organisation.
- The ability to articulate a consumer finance strategy amid innovative and disruptive forces.
- Outstanding attention to detail and program quality is essential for this role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills and capability of communicating in a clear and structured way at all levels of an organisation.
- Exposure to reward, loyalty, and co-brand products in a bank is preferred.
- Expertise in eCommerce and digital lending preferred.
- Experience in carrier affordability propositions preferred
