Purpose of Role: The successful candidate will ensure responsible for the accurate processing of financial data to ensure effective and efficient performance of accounting activities that are in line with internal controls and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Adhere to all Safety Health Environment (SHE) and housekeeping requirements at the branch and customer sites at all times. Adhere to Duty of Care Policy at all times.
- Sales incentive scheme administration - Apply the sales incentive rules to all parameters including but not limited to input (orders), sales (Output), Gross Margin, Collections
- Develop reports to enable tracking of progress on targets
- Calculate the performance compared to the targets
- Ensure that all staff on the scheme is supplied with a target and that these targets are on record.
- Document any changes on schemes and communicate them sufficiently
- Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure that the scheme rules are accurately and sufficiently applied.
- Simulate scenarios to enable the management team to make decisions based on accurate information.
- Cost Centre Owner Report with Commentary on variances to Budget/Forecast.

- BCom Financial Management
- At least 5 years related experience in a similar function
- Post Article experience will be advantageous
- ERP system experience (preferably LN BAAN)
- Computer literacy (MS Office Suite) excellent working knowledge of Excel
