Financial Administrator
The Financial administrator is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial operations
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services
Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
Check invoices and payments processed by Junior Bookkeeper and advise on any discrepancies.
Verifying invoices against statements received
Prepare invoices for data entry
Preparing invoices for payment
Oversee functions of junior bookkeeper
Advise Junior Bookkeeper on any mistakes that has to be corrected
Mentor subordinates through good work ethic & precise and timely execution of tasks
Clear and concise communication with management, colleagues, subordinates and customers at all times concerning any irregularities
Compiling commission reports for payment
Compiling and sending money collection report to directors
Reconciliation of customer accounts
Verifying payments received with invoices captured on system per customer account
Printing and filing of customer statements on a monthly basis
Sending electronic statements to customers on a monthly basis
