JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Office administration
- General personal assistant duties for the office staff
- Assisting with Bookkeeping, Operations and Marketing
- Banking
- Invoicing
- Quotes
- Reconciliations
- Any other relevant duties as and when required
- Matric
- Financial or admin related tertiary qualification will be beneficial
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position
- Financial background/experience
- Computer literate: MS Office and Pastel experience will be an advantage
- Must be a go getter, show initiative and interest
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask
