We are looking for a Temp Financial Assistant to work alongside and assist with handling day-to-day financial and administrative duties.
- Temp position in the Bookkeeping/Accounting industry
- Software skills: Computer literate, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Pastel Partner, SARS e-filing
- Ideally, a qualification in Accounting/Bookkeeping and at least 1-year Accounting/bookkeeping experience will be advantageous.
Requirements:
- Data capturing
- Excellent administrative, organizing and communication skills
- Impeccable client service with professionalism and friendliness
- Performing other general administrative tasks and various admin duties
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
- Compile and submit files with required documentation to the director
- Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Diploma, qualification advantageous
- Dealing with various clients via email or telephone.
- Financial / Office administration i.e., filing, recordkeeping and keeping workstation organized.
- Support the company to meet its objectives by providing accurate, reliable, and timely financial reports
