- Checking all orders
- Receiving all financial documents
- Capturing all expenses on MDA/MRI as well as the Bank
- Preparing all payments and relevant documents
- Capturing all relevant monthly journals
- Interacting with the client regarding all financial matters
- Checking the clock system against all leave applications
- Assisting staff members with leave forms
- Assisting staff members to organise training
- Submission of all payroll-related matters to Human Resources
- Signing off on monthly payroll
Dealing with audit preparation and audit files
RequirementsSystem experience: MDA/MRI required
B Com Accounting or related
Payroll Experience Required
Full accounting experience required
