Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full finance function, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Develop and manage division budgets, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Lead the annual audit process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present financial statements at the Board level, providing clear insights and recommendations.
- Design and implement financial models to support business expansion and investment opportunities.
- Maintain control over all financial transactions, ensuring organizational liquidity.
- Produce monthly management reports and distribute them to key stakeholders.
- Manage cash flow and oversee cash spend on various projects, ensuring optimal financial management.
- Lead contract negotiations and develop comprehensive business plans to drive the organization's success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial staff, senior executives, and external stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering their growth and development.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless business continuity.
- Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) - Mandatory
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting and business principles.
- Proficient in accounting software and fully computer literate.
- Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to independently initiate, structure, and manage financial issues.
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and strategic thinking skills to drive financial performance.
- Exceptional leadership traits with the ability to build skills and knowledge in others.
