Junior Financial Management Accountant / Team Leader

Our client urgently requires a Junior Financial Management Accountant/Team Leader with experience in the automotive industry.

The ideal candidate should be in possession of a matric certificate or NQF equivalent, a Diploma in Bookkeeping and 2 to 3 years work experience in bookkeeping and financial administration. A BCom degree will be advantageous. RESULTS REQUIRED

• Capable of producing simple management accounts
• Accurate and timeous financial accounting administration
• Maintain financial and operational cost control reconciliation
• Complete, analyze and distribute monthly cost analysis
• Assist in month-end accounting processes
• Action ad hoc projects and general tasks as and when necessary and carry out any other reasonable instruction that Management might issue

CRITICAL COMPENTENCIES AND SKILLS

• HIGH LITERACY BMW AUTOLINE SYSTEMS ESSENTIAL, CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT HAVE THIS WILL NOT BE SUBMITTED TO THE CLIENT
• High degree of computer literacy with an excellent command of MS Office suite
• Good verbal communication, written communication and report writing skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical ability and financial understanding with excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Good leadership and managerial competencies
• Good time management
