Financial Manager

Our client, a leader in their field is looking for an experienced Financial Manager to join their Eastern Cape team.

Reporting To The Regional Executive, Responsibilities Include

Managing the monthly management accounts
Managing and running the annual budget and audit processes
Managing working capital investment in stock to company parameters
Managing the full SAP function which includes system support, all Masterdata, system developments, and new projects
Analysing and correcting masta-data variances
Contract management - Service Level Agreements, MOU's, Leases)
Creating and developing training material to train the relevant parts of the business
Identifying weakness in control and liaising with the other regions on standard practices
In time this role will oversee the Debtors and Creditors for the Eastern Cape region

Requirements

A CA(SA) qualification is essential in this position
At least 3-5 years' experience in a Financial Accountant role (Management experience would be advantageous)
Proficient with SAP is advantageous
Strong / proven negotiation skills
Strong planning and organising skills
An ability to influence others
Have an ability to see opportunities and turn them into reality
Be a problem solver
Be enthusiastic, positive, and self-energised
