Financial Manager Ref: 3635

NDC Personnel and Contractors is seeking a Financial Manager to manage the financial and management accounting functions, including overseeing fleet, factories, and support services at their Western Cape premises. To be successful in this role, you should have a BCom as well as CA(SA) and/or CIMA registration and at least 10 years experience in a similar role. Were looking for a finance fundie with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a strong interest in the operational side of business.

Key responsibilities include managing operational and CAPEX budgets, forecasts, and business cases; overseeing month-end closures to ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting; and monitoring and controlling operational, capital expenditure, and project costs. Additionally, the role involves leading a high-performing team, managing quota reporting, and overseeing product costing.
