A leading contact center is looking to employ experienced outbound sales consultants for one of their financial services campaigns.
Job requirements:
- We seek vibrant, energetic and experienced consultants to pioneer their way through the Financial Service industry.
- Grade 12/ Matric
- Must have at least 6 months Insurance Telesales experience within a Contact Center
- FAIS+ RE would be an added advantage
- Clear criminal record
Job responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls in order to market products
- Insure correct financial service advise is rendered to all clients
- Must have proven ability to convince client’s to accept product
- Ability to accurately analyse customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections that may arise
- Must have excellent conversational skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to sell high volumes of policies whilst insuring call of high quality
- Ability to handle telephonic complaints and conflict
- Attention to detail
- Maintain and develop professional selling ability
