FIS Key Account Specialist
Job Description
FIS Key Account Specialist entails being the go-to person for a number of high profile Netstar clients which meet the specifications. This includes taking ownership of these accounts from a Fleet Intelligence perspective relating to being a liaison between Netstar and client, setting up processes to add value to client's operation, managing hardware/software tickets and cases, creating specialized reporting, and ensuring that clients SLA and Scope is met at all times. The operator will be based at the Netstar head office in Midrand, however this position also requires a lot of travel as the KAS is to meet and engage with Clients on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, based on client's requirements.
Key Roles / Responsibilities
- Taking Ownership of client accounts Cradle to grave
- Setting up of SLAs / Scopes of work
- Visiting Clients - daily, weekly and monthly
- Building relationship with client
- Setting up, running with and completing specialized client projects
- Identifying processes to better client service
- Sending feedback regarding client status, concerns and improvement to management
- Conveying and actioning client requirements to relevant departments
- Liaison between different departments
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Feedback to Bureau Management on reporting / non reporting units
- Working closely with Planning department regarding fitments
- Escalating and sorting out support/software related issues on clients systems
- Ensure client satisfaction with Netstar services
- Escalate problems for speedy resolutions
- Produce reports to meet client requirements
- Analyze data accuracy prior to distributing reports
- Managing Tagging System
- Provide System training if needed on site
- Identifying faulty units, getting contact details and emailing Bureau/PSD to arrange attendance
National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12 (Required)
