Job description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client. The company is Suzuki

Purpose of the Job:
Provide specialized and professional service for National Corporate, Rental, Leasing and
Fleet clients.
Perform regular visits to maintain constant contact with all fleet dealers and clients.
Perform large scale vehicle inspection and assessment at relevant facilities across RSA.
Adhere SAVRALA standards as measured nationally

Key Accountabilities:
Take responsibility for all technical, service, parts and accessories activities relating to
new orders, existing orders, de-fleets and vehicle off road time.
Assess and estimate repair orders of de-fleeted units at relevant depots across RSA.
Oversee and facilitate relevant training for dealer and clients.
Manage and facilitate all orders at dealer level are completed within agreed timescales to
ensure PDI completion and accurate delivery to the end user is achieved.
Assessment and accreditation of ISP -RTR
Maintain and update Auto Fleet database on a daily basis.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide a direct link between all clients and Auto Fleet Department and ensure high
frequency contact.
Provide the highest level of service to our customers regarding new orders, existing
orders, PDI, fitments, final delivery, downtime & vehicle assessments.
Provide timeous information relating to Auto Fleet activities, technical information,
recalls and campaigns to all clients.
Maintain knowledge of the product lines to provide in-depth technical assistance, provide
answers to customer queries, basic product questions and offer alternatives if applicable.
Ensure turnaround times or based on various SLAs set out by Rental partners are
prompt.
Adhere to SAVRALA standards as measured nationally.
Monitor and accreditation of all new and existing client depots and workshops.
Facilitate Nuts and Bolts conference once per quarter per region.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:
Matric
Qualified motor technician
Relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage.
Experience in fleet and rental industry administration would be an advantage.
At least 3 years experience in aftersales dealership service and parts.
At least 3 years experience in vehicle assessment, refurbishment and roadworthy
process of vehicles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Able to take on more responsibilities than the job requires.
Accurate, meticulous, detailed, precise and methodical.
Sound business acumen good general business skills.
Effective communication skills.
The ability to work in cross-functional teams.
High level of computer literacy essential.
Good time management and prioritization skills.

Special Requirements:
Willingness to work overtime when required.
Travel outside RSA
Valid drivers licence
Valid passport
