Job requirements:
- The successful candidate must have Grade 12.
- 2-5 year's experience and knowledge of the transport industry.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in the logistic field will be an added advantage.
- Good, interpersonal, leadership, motivation planning, and communicating (verbal and written) skills as well as bilingualism will be essential.
- Must have the ability to work with drivers and must be able to assist with all transport queries and needs.
Job responsibilities:
- Maximum utilization of vehicles.
- Planning and securing off loads.
- Fuel efficiency.
- Planning routes and overnight locations.
- Planning COF's and services.
- Administrative duties.
- Reaching of company targets.
- Client service.
- Driver / truck efficiency.
- Daily reporting and feedback.
- Accident reporting.
- Manage driver's equipment.
