Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Imports, Exports, and Tracking teams to ensure seamless fleet operations
- Manage disciplinary matters in collaboration with the legal team, addressing and escalating issues as necessary
- Optimize vehicle utilization across Mozambique, Malawi, and Zimbabwe, ensuring sufficient capacity for our customers
- Utilize and ensure correct usage of internal systems and communication tools for operational efficiency
- Track and improve KPI performance, enhancing fleet effectiveness
- Promote customer-centric service, meeting customer requirements and quality standards
- Proactively identify and communicate risks or weaknesses in fleet performance
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and legislative requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Transport
- 3-5 years of management experience in transport/logistics
- Proven leadership track record
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Full command of written and spoken English.
