Blasters Family Restaurant is looking for a passionate and energetic FOH managers to oversee all functionality of the restaurant.
Job responsibilities:
- Managers are responsible for managing employees, maintaining quality control, and controlling inventory.
- Manage and hiring of staff (waitresses, bartenders)
- Handle customer concerns with a positive attitude and sense of urgency
- Use Point of Sale system
Job requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have management experience in the hospitality field.
- Ability to multi-task and handle customer's needs while also maintaining control over Front of House
- Maintain a fun and exciting work environment for employees
- Ability to come up with problem solutions in high-stress situations
- Ability to fill in at any position within the restaurant whenever needed
- Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
