FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR - (EE POSITION)
Salary: R 10 000 – R 11 500
Benefits: 13th Cheque, Pension and Medical Aid
Working Hours:
- Early Shift - 05:30 AM – 14:30 PM
- Late Shift - 14:30 PM – 23:00 PM
A well-known, National Hotel based in Bloemfontein is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Assume full responsibility for the effective Food and
Beverage Operations of the Hotel and Staff;
- Ensure that all aspects of compliance are in line with the
Hotel’s Requirements;
- Ensure a high standard of service and cleanliness in the
restaurant, bar, coffee shop, boardroom, conference room
and kitchen;
- Supervise and Train all Staff in the Food and Beverage
Department;
- Manage all stock related responsibilities within the Food
and Beverage Department.
Requirements:
If you have good Communication-, People- and Calculations Skills with a valid driver’s license, a Matric Certificate, a Hospitality Diploma, a NQF Level 4 or any Equivalent Diploma, and at least one (1) year experience as a Supervisor in a Kitchen or Restaurant, you are perfect for this position.
