Responsibilities
- Product application trials on new products.
- Development of products and new markets.
- Customer training.
- On site testing and evaluation of products as required by clients.
- New product development for butchers and large factories in the interests of generating new markets.
- Liaising with customers along with Senior Food Technologists.
- Technical advisory services to butchers including consulting on product quality, production capacities and efficiencies.
- Implementation of quality control/assurance systems in order to increase production output and shelf life of products.

- BSc in Food Science.
- Previous experience in food industry advantageous.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within South Africa, into Africa and overseas.
- Valid drivers license.
