New food retail store opening in the Midrand area is looking for an assistant store manager. Looking for candidates with 5+ years experience in a high volume food retail or Restaurant management environment. Main duties will include stock & quality control, staff management & training as well as dealing with general day to day operations. Must have strong operations management skills with the ability to work under pressure. Strong administrative skills required. Looking for individuals with good organizing and planning skills.
