- Responsible for keeping the HR Boardrooms, 7th floor training venue, HR reception, pause areas and training venues and equipment clean, neat and tidy.
- Ensure bins, counters, training tables, pause area furniture, server surfaces are wiped down and kept spotlessly clean and hygienic.
- Ensure appliances are regularly cleaned / defrosted. E.g. Kettle, microwave, fridges etc.
- Ensure coffee vending machine kept clean at all times.
- Prepare tea / coffee, ensure kettle filled / sufficient paper towel in place.
- Service learners with fresh water and sweets prior to training and refresh in between breaks.
- Ensure fresh water and clean glasses available to customers in HR reception / Boardrooms.
- Set out equipment, cutlery, crockery, foodstuffs, beverages etc for training breaks between sessions or meetings.
- Assist in controlling the allocation and serving of foodstuffs, sweets etc.
- Wash, dry pack away any cutlery, crockery, dishes, glasses keep spotlessly clean.
- Assist with the preparation and serving of tea/coffee and washing of cups, in the event of absenteeism of other tea attendant on the same floor or department.
- Assist in controlling stock of crockery, cutlery, office teas, cleaning materials and ensure safekeeping of these items. Report losses or missing items immediately.
