FOREMAN NEEDED MONDAY

Attend to detail and quality of concrete works
Should be able to work with surveying equipment (dumpy level)
Be able to do surveying of concrete works
Be able to read and pen out plans of concrete works
Must have knowledge of cube testing
Must have good communication- and managerial skills
Must be able to calculate quantities
Proof of previous experience is a requirement
Must be medically fit and have sober habits
Interpret technical drawings
Setting out
Steel erecting
Liaise and supervise sub-contractors
Manage the quality of the construction site
Ensure projects are completed timeously and within budget
Submit weekly reports of expenditure, cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables
Identify and resolve problems on site
Monitor usage of site materials and order when required
Create snag lists and ensure their completion
Attend to the hiring and induction of all personnel reporting to site
Ensure timesheets are recorded daily
Complete accident and incident reports
Ensure safety implementation and compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act
Ability to manage and complete Renovations and Repairs Project
Ability to complete project that contain paintwork, plumbing, tiling, plastering, metalwork, carpentry, ceiling, roofing, masonry and external works. (concrete, earthworks and general building)
