Jo Responsibilities
- The FP&R Plant Data Analyst will be responsible to collect data from production time sheets and record into OPERA.
- Further data harvesting will be from other sources such as SCADA reports, Google Tracking Sheets (Scrap Soap, Weighbridge, etc.).
- A key function is to analyse the data and find opportunities for plant KPI (Case fill, AU, AML, Cost/ ton) improvements.
- Coordinating the Standard Daily Meeting, Stock/ Cycle Counts, Production Backflush, and the generation of POs for Utilities and Consumables, and the data tracking analysis thereof.
- FP&R Reviews (monthly and quarterly) with local and divisional teams will form part of the role.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Operations, SCM or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG or similar role
