We have a healthy, freelance opportunity for a talented Mid Senior Digital Copywriter at a global natural healthcare group in Cape Town.
We are looking for an experienced Digital Copywriter who has prior experience writing about health supplements, or pharmaceuticals, or similar, to fulfil this freelance contract role that will initially run for 2-3 months, working 20-30 hours per week. With a possibility of this being extended beyond this at 10 hours of writing work per week thereafter.
While this can be a remote opportunity, the successful candidate should ideally be Cape Town based.

Responsibilities
- Rewriting of all product website listings
- Create a messaging hierarchy for all of products
- Create website copy for a new online academy product we are launching (product training focused)
- General marketing copywriting printed collateral, emailers and campaign messaging.
The successful candidate must have/be:
- Industry relevant tertiary qualification
- 5+ years experience as a professional copywriter in a creative agency or directly for a client with an intriguing portfolio of work
- Previous experience writing for health supplements, or pharma or similar
- Great writing and research skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills and multitasking ability
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Able to write fresh copy that connects with the desired audience and drives action
- Good writing style and excellent command of the English language
- Experience working with content management systems, WordPress, etc. a bonus
