We are looking for Freelance Facilitators based in or near Barberton, Mpumalanga. The opportunity to work with us entails engagement with SME clients over a varied period to enable business growth. Our facilitators provide this support using unique proven methodologies and tool sets that have been developed by Aurik.

Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification relevant to field of expertise
- Coaching qualification and certification (preferred)
Experience
- Holistic knowledge of business processes and functioning, the current business environment and business trends
- At least 3 years business coaching experience and running your own business
- At least 5 years work experience with a broad range, preferably across several sectors
- At least 5 - 10 years work experience in a relevant field
Skills
- Results and action orientated with a practical approach
- Ability to challenge clients effectively
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish good rapport and a relationship of trust
- Ability to filter information to get to the nub of the issue
- Ability to interact with business owners and team members
- Ability to elicit introspection
