Requirements
- Fluent in English
- B2 C1 Level French
- Must have a passion for people and customer service
- Must be a South African Citizen or Have Valid Right to Work Documents
- Minimum qualification: Matric
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle conflict resolution
- Answering customer calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Making calls to customers to provide updates or follow-up on issues
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate customer records
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance metrics
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
